Somatics and body-mind awareness
Alongside my work in innovation and entrepreneurship, I’ve been exploring and teaching somatic practices for over a decade, offering private Body-Mind Centering® sessions and teaching somatic classes. Whenever suitable, I also weave body-based tools into workshops and coaching – helping individuals and teams connect more deeply with themselves and their ideas.
Somatics – the study and experience of the body from within – cultivates presence, awareness, and resilience. Through movement and touch, we tune into the body’s intelligence, exploring the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and physical structures. The resulting embodied qualities support not only personal wellbeing, but also creativity, collaboration, and leadership.
Body-Mind Centering® classes and group workshops offer space for shared exploration. Depending on the topic, we move through anatomy-based explorations, partner work, and reflective dialogue. Whether you’re familiar with somatics or just curious, you’re welcome to join. If you’d like to stay up to date about when and where I offer BMC® classes and workshops, subscribe to my newsletter below.
In a private session, we explore your body through touch, movement, and dialogue. My role is to guide your attention toward specific structures – bones, organs, fluids, muscles – to support release, clarity, and connection. Sessions are collaborative: sometimes we follow a specific focus or theme, other times we simply respond to what’s present in the moment.
An individual session costs 60–80€ (sliding scale) and takes around 75 minutes.
The Body-Mind Tarot is a 54-card deck I created during my Body-Mind Centering® training. Each card invites you to connect with a part or quality of your body or mind – offering anatomical information as well as inspiration, reflection, and embodied insight. Some cards represent anatomical structures, others tap into developmental patterns or states of being.
The deck can be used for daily inspiration, as a creative tool, or as an entry point into body-based practices. I use it in somatic sessions and workshops, and encourage other practitioners and facilitators working with individual and group processes to experiment with it. Whether you’re a somatic professional or simply curious, the cards invite presence, play, and personal connection.
Since 2025, the second edition of the deck is now available to order online, featuring updated illustrations, texts, and packaging.
