As Innovation Trainer and Body-Mind Centering® Practitioner, I guide and accompany people both in group contexts and individual sessions.

Offering private sessions and classes as Body-Mind Centering® Practitioner, I follow my passion for people, human anatomy, bodywork and tarot reading. As trainer and workshop facilitator – specialised in innovation, entrepreneurship and personal development – I support multidisciplinary groups or teams by means of empathy, communication and creativity techniques such as Design Thinking.

Combining both backgrounds, I create and offer spaces in which people feel warmly welcome and (more) present as a basis to become curious, creative, meet and share with each other on a less superficial level.
