My professional journey has taken me from corporate innovation management to social entrepreneurship into the world of workshop facilitation and coaching – a path shaped by curiosity, connection, and the joy of turning ideas into action.

I bring a background in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship together with experience in somatics as a certified Body-Mind Centering® practitioner. While these fields may seem unrelated, they both inform how I design and lead group workshops and individual sessions. I like to blend practical tools from innovation, Design Thinking, and management with a focus on self-awareness, communication, and embodied presence.

In recent years, I’ve specifically worked with scientists and researchers, helping them develop their startup ideas, communicate their value, and bring impactful innovations into the world. Whether you’re organizing workshops and training programs and need an experienced facilitator, or you’re just starting out on your own entrepreneurial journey and looking for a sparring partner to bring clarity to your ideas – I’d love to hear from you!

My vita in a nutshell

Since 2023
I’ve been working independently as a freelance trainer and coach, offering tailored workshops, coaching, and mentoring in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, and science communication. My clients include universities, research institutions, and innovation programs across Germany and Europe.

2020 – 2023
I started working for a program called Young Entrepreneurs in Science (Falling Walls Foundation), where I mainly designed and facilitated workshops for PhDs and postdocs exploring their startup potential. This experience led me to specialize in supporting scientists and researchers — helping them build entrepreneurial skills, communicate their ideas clearly, and bring their innovations into the world. I also developed a train-the-trainer program for startup advisors and contributed to the Female Science Talents program, supporting specifically women in science on their entrepreneurial paths.

2019 – 2020
I made a conscious shift into the NGO and social innovation sector, joining Social Impact gGmbH as a trainer and project manager. There, I supported early-stage founders and developed training formats around social entrepreneurship.

2015
After completing a double Master’s degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at the Technical University of Berlin and the University of Twente (NL), I began my career in the corporate sector. I joined World of Medicine (Novanta) as an Innovation Manager, supporting cross-functional product development teams and user-centered innovation processes in the medtech industry.

Ongoing
In parallel to my work in innovation and entrepreneurship, I completed a multi-year training as a certified Somatic Practitioner (Body-Mind Centering®) in 2021. Since then, I’ve been offering private sessions and teaching embodiment-based classes regularly. This background deeply shapes my facilitation style, integrating embodiment and awareness-based practices into how I work with individuals and groups.
